Detergents

Ozolite 0401PA

  • It is a cocktail of protease and amylase enzyme used in detergent formulations to remove Proteineous and amylolytic stains e.g. blood, faeces, egg, gravy, chocolate, pasta, etc. These substances are almost insoluble and they tend to adhere to textiles and other surfaces. Ozolite 0401PA hydrolyses proteins and polysaccharides in stains in to peptides and monosaccharide which are readily dissolved or dispersed in the washing liquor.
  • Recommended application is 0.3%-1% of the detergent formulation.
  • It is available in dispersible granules form which can be mixed to the detergent formulation at the end of the batch / Rota mix process.
  • Ozolite0401PA is quite stable in the detergent formulation and is specially coated with polymer so that it is safe for workers.

Ozolite 0600L

  • It is a lipase based formulation designed to be used in detergent formulation to remove fat-containing stains such as those resulting from frying fats, salad, oils, butter, fat based sauces, soups, human sebum, lipstick etc. The enzyme hydrolyses triglycerides in to mono and di-glycerides, glycerols and free fatty acids, all of which are more soluble than the original fats.
  • It has been observed and studied that replacement of 1% of chemical based surface active agent by 0.25% of Ozolite0600L gives to the detergent formulation better performance capacity in washing.
  • Ozolite0600L also comes in the granules form for compounding with the detergent ingredients and is stable.

Oxigent

  • Oxigent is a bio-bleaching system used in detergent industry to remove wide range of stains normally encountered in daily life. This bleaching system consists of a mediator and an enzyme (AAO, Peroxidases). Oxigent oxidizes the coloured substrate in to colorless form.
  • Oxigent since recycles small amount of oxygen it has got application in various applications and industries like in Effluent treatment, Jute industry, Pulp bleaching, textiles processing, etc
  • Oxigent recommended dose is 0.5% to 2% of the substrate weight / volume.

Acticlean

  • Acticlean is a surface active molecule secreted extra cellularly by microbial cells during their growth. This is a non ionic surfactant used in detergent formulation in combination with chemical surfactants.
  • Acticlean is a good non-ionic emulsifier and has application in paints, pesticides dispersions, organic cosmetic products etc.
  • Acticlean is available in powder, liquid forms in various application based compositions.
  • Acticlean is recommended @ 0.5% to 5% either alone or in combination with other surface active agents.

Poultry Feed Industry

BPzyme

BPzyme is an optimum blend of seven most important poultry enzymes. BPzyme is specially suited for improved energy performance of feed. It is designed to aid normal digestion, increasing the energy availability and to hydrolyze NSP. The benefits are reduction in FCR, increase in body weight and better economics.

It is available in two variants viz. BPzyme-LB (fortified with lactobacillus), and BPzyme-Combo (with added phytase)


Phosfyt

Phosfyt is a phytase enzyme used in feed of mono gastric animals e.g. chicken, ducks, pigs, rabbit, etc fed on diets containing plant material. It improves utilization of feed phosphorus by liberating orthophosphates from plant phytates. It also reduces the ‘p’ pollution in the environment arising out of the liter contamination.

Encaf+

Encaf+ is a cocktail enzymes designed especially for the use in cattle feed. It supplements the animal feeding formulas composed of raw materials with high proportions of arabinoxylans and arabinoxylans+betaglucans. The benefits mainly are rise in milk yield as well as fat content

Quadra

Quadra is an organic acid based feed acidifier for acidification of drinking water.

Quadramix

It is a formulation containing Probiotics, toxin binders and acidifiers for supplementation and acidification of feed.

Brew Industry

Enbrew

Enbrew is a formulation containing thermo stable a-amylase for conversion of starch to amylase and amylopectin at high temperature. It is a liquid enzyme preparation for the enzymatic liquefaction of starch to dextrins. It is standardised to a minimum a-amylase activity of 100,000 BAA units/gm. This enzyme can be used in applications where an adjunct is used along with malt. It helps in reducing the viscosity as well as aids in the dextrinization of mash when adjuncts like raw barley, maize, rice etc. are used.

Enbrew G

Enbrew G contains ß-glucanase which is the second enzyme required for the conversion of dextrins to sugars. It is an extra cellular amyloglucosidase. This enzyme is an exo enzyme that hydrolyses linear 1, 4 alpha D- glucan linkages and branched 1, 6 alpha D glucan linkages from the non reducing end of liquefied starch to glucose. It is widely used in industry to liquefied starch from various sources such as maize, Tapioca, Potato, Wheat etc. and the resultant glucose rich syrup can be purified to various specifications, or fermented to produce alcohol.

Sugar Industry

Dextrasol

Dextrasol is a Dextranase based product which finds application in sugar industry to minimize yield losses due to impact of Dextrans.

Sugranex

Sugranex is a protease based liquid formulated enzyme for controlling inversion and microbial contamination during sugar processing and prevent losses and improving purities.

Embrew-S

It is based on thermo stable a-amylase which randomly hydrolyses alpha-1,4-glucosidic bonds to reduce the viscosity of gelatinized starch during sugar processing, producing soluble dextrins and oligosaccharides. It helps in reducing processing cost and improvement in productivity.

Sugracide

Sugracide is a specially formulated biocide for sugar industry. The sugar industry suffers considerable losses due to microbial activity during the process. This often leads to sucrose loss and lactic acid formation and the subsequent increased melassigenic effect (loss of white sugar yield). It also helps in reducing dextran level. Sugracide disappears rapidly after use to innocuous by-products and has no chronic effects on human or animal health

Paper & Pulp Industry

Xylacid

Xylacid is a xylanase enzyme formulation for the pulp and paper industry. Pre treatment of pulp with Xylacid results in reduction of organo-chlorine pollutants, increases paper brightness, and decreases use of chemical bleaching agents.
The recommended dosage of Xylacid is 0.5% of the weight of pulp in the batch.
Xylacid is available in liquid dosage form.

Recypa

Cellulase based formulation for deinking of recycled paper pulp. It helps in improving quality and whiteness of recycled paper.

Leather Tanning

Zbate cid

It is an acid protease to be used in acid bating of the hide and skin. It is an enzyme to be used in leather beam-house process Zbate cid is specially designed for bating of hides and skin already pickled or tanned by either chrome or vegetable or vegetable synthetic method. This enzyme can be used for bating of carbon dioxide delimed pelts or pelts limed in acidic conditions with oxidizing agents.

Zbate Alka

It is an alkaline protease bating enzyme used in beam-house processing before tanning. This enzyme removes the unwanted protein materials like elastin, albumin, globulin, and mucoids without damaging the collagen. By this action the enzyme helps in the penetration of tanning materials and processing chemicals.

Z-Degrease LN

This is a combination of non ionic surfactant and lipase enzyme. It is a leather degreasing enzyme to be used in leather beam-house processes. The blend of lipase and non ionic disperses fatty substances and oil, thus enhancing rehydration and removal of adipose tissue. The enzyme blend can be used either in soaking, liming or prior to or after bating.

Z-Soak LPN

It is a blend of protease, lipase, and non ionic surfactant. The protease will hydrolyze protein to short chain peptides whereas the lipase will hydrolyze the insoluble fatty substance to glycerides, free fatty acids and glycerol. The biosurfactant plays a role in effective cleaning and rehydration

Textile Industry

Tex-BDS

Fabrics are normally reinforced with an adhesive called the size before weaving. This prevents the breaking of wrap threads Desizing is the process of removing of size. Harsher chemicals such as alkalis or acids have been used for desizing, but these are now replaced by amylases.
Tex-BDS is an alpha amylase enzyme formulation used in textile industry for desizing of the garments before their processing. This normally requires three steps

  • Impregnation  : Absorption of the enzyme by the fabric.
  • Incubation      : The size is broken by the enzyme.
  • After wash      : The breakdown products from the size are removed from Fabric.

Tex-BS

The most widely used application in textile industry is the use of cellulase. The finishing of denim jeans was traditionally done by stones to fade the surface of the garment. Now days cellulase replaces many of the stones resulting in the less damage to the garments and the machinery. The process is known as Biostoning.
Tex-BS offers good bio-stoning properties without any back staining problem and damage to fibers. Tex-BS is available in various strengths and compounds suitable to various industry needs.

Tex-BP

The main component of cotton and other natural fiber is cellulose. Whilst most of the fibers are arranged as long, straight, chains some small fibers can protrude from the yarn or fabric. The correct application of a cellulose enzyme can remove these rough protuberances giving a smoother, glossier brighter coloured fabric. This technique is known as Biopolishing.
Tex-BP is in ready to use solid and liquid formulations for the Biopolishing process.

Propect TP

It is a pectinase based formulation of various enzymes useful for bio-scouring of cotton fabrics which provides many advantages in terms of better quality finish, cost reduction, lower effluent load, safer operating conditions and lower wastages of fabric.

Tex-Cat

It is a Catalase based formulation for exhaustion of per oxides after the textile bleaching process

Jutex

Jutex is an optimised enzyme formulation for retting process in jute industry. It improves the surface finish of Jute fibers and spinnability. Available in liquid form.

Lipsol-FDP

  • Lipsol-FDP (fungal lipase) is a food grade lipase for application in feed supplementation produced by the controlled fermentation of environmentally friendly non GMO fungal specie.

Lipsol-FD

  • Lipsol-FD (fungal lipase) is a food grade lipase for flour improvement produced by the controlled fermentation of an environmentally friendly non GMO fungal specie.

Protosol FP20

  • Protosol FP20 is a fungal protease/peptidase complex produced by SSF technique of a selected strain of Aspergillus flavus which has not been genetically modified, and it contains both endoprotease and exopeptidase activities.

Glutolyse35

  • Glutolyse35 is an endo-peptidase preparation derived from non-GMO strain of Bacillus subtilis designed specially for Gluten modification. It is a food grade product with broad substrate specificity able to efficiently hydrolyse most of the soluble proteins. It performs very well on both animal and vegetable proteins at neutral pH.

  • Stalase 50 is a fungal alpha amylase. It is a potent, dependable, powerful enzyme complex, obtained from Aspergillus oryzae. Stalase 50 is manufactured by controlled fermentation of Fungi Aspergillus oryzae followed by a sophisticated down stream process of recovery.
